Stewart Behavioral Health
Martha Stewart
LPC, LPC-S
I strive to assist everyone in finding their best potential. I work with people of all ages and all walks of life. My commitment is to help you live a successful and meaningful life, helping you find hope, peace and comfort. I work well with those who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
I specialize in anxiety and depression disorders (general anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, grief and trauma). I am committed to using the most up to date techniques and am willing to listen and help you walk through your difficulties. I am a person-centered counselor using CBT and integrated-evidence based therapies.
I worked several years in the mental health field before finally deciding that private practice was something I needed to do. I am a good listener and hard worker who wants to help others become their best and live life in a satisfactory manner.
